Glitter that sticks

I love the way glitter adds some bling to my layouts, but I've been frustrated by how it tends to fall off over time. While a glue pad is the best solution for stamping, I recently experimented with mod podge for covering chipboard with glitter. It works great! That glitter is super stuck on! Here's the technique:

1. Apply a coat of mod podge to your chipboard.

2. Sprinkle with glitter (while mod podge is wet).

3. Allow to dry and shake off excess glitter.

4. Gently apply a coat of mod podge over top of the glitter.
